Your Parcel will be despatched within 24 hours of you placing your order, excluding weekends or public holidays.
Orders placed within Australia will receive their delivery in 1-2 business days. Rural areas may take 3-5 business days to receive their delivery.
Cost of shipping is to be paid by the customer.
Flat rate of $5 postage for orders under $100. Orders over $100 will receive free postage.
All parcels are delivered via Australia Post. A signature is required upon delivery. Any parcels not delivered or collected from the post office will be returned to sender by Australia Post. Re-delivery fee is to be paid by the customer.
New Zealand Customers:
Estimated time of delivery is between 5-10 business days in metropolitan areas. Cost of shipping is to be paid by the customer.
Flat rate of $25 international shipping for orders under $200. Orders over $200 will receive free shipping.
Prices and Payment
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
The amount payable to CremaMia for an Order (Order Amount) will be the total of the following amounts:
- except for New Zealand, the sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the Order (Product Subtotal);
- the cost of delivery determined in accordance with Delivery stated above, and
- the sum of any other fees which CremaMia levies from time to time and which you have agreed to pay by providing your electronic consent (e.g. subscription fees).
Where the Order is to be delivered to a New Zealand address, the amount of GST will be deducted from the price of each Product ordered.
You must pay the Order Amount by credit card at the time of submitting the Order. CremaMia accepts Visa or Mastercard.
Where the Order is to be delivered to a New Zealand address, you may need to pay customs charges to the New Zealand government in addition to the Order Amount. While CremaMia provides no advice on what these charges may be, to help you understand the possible custom charges that you may incur you may wish to visit www.customs.govt.nz.
Refunds and Returns
Returns will be accepted within 14 days from your date of purchase. Any product received after the 14 days will not be accepted and returned to the customer at their cost. All returns must still be sealed in their original packaging together with a proof of purchase. Only items purchased on the CremaMia website can be returned to CremaMia for refund or exchange, please email email@example.com. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Should you make an error when ordering online, CremaMia will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges. It must also be in the original packaging. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 57, Roselands NSW 2196, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. CremaMia does not take responsibility for any returns lost in transit.
